Achieve Your Career Goals An interactive seminar for PhD students to prepare for careers both inside and outside of academia. Group activities include helping students engage with the ideas, a self-assessment on a specific area, small groupthink activities, followed by a larger full group discussion. Students are encouraged to come up with a personal “action plan” to develop areas they wish to strengthen. The collaborative process is sure to identify strengths participants already possess.
